Cargo Day 2021 Results

Once more, international shipping industry digs deep to bring hope and healing to people in sub-Saharan Africa.

Charterers, shipbrokers, owners and many more in the international shipping and trading community participated in last November’s 2021 Cargo Day.

80+ companies contributed generously once again to Mercy Ships annual Cargo Day.

These donors serve as an inspiration to the industry, making this unique fundraising event an impacting success.

The almost $800,000 raised means that Cargo Day, since its launch in 2016, has raised $4.7 million overall and has contributed to provide free surgical and medical care to some of the most vulnerable people in sub-Saharan Africa.
